SUPERPOLIMER SIZE, which yields like PVA, is not PVA. It is an organic polymer.There is also granule version.
It is a self-washing sizing material.
Usage amount is between 15-35% with starchy products and 10-30% with PVA products.(** The use of only PVA with starch creates the problem of abrasion and dusting in fabrics during anti-sizing process.)
It forms low to moderate viscosity flottes.
It gives a translucent and elastane sizing film.
It gives the yarn high slipperiness.
The film layer it makes is elastic. Since it is not fragile, it does not form debris, dust, and dirt during weaving.
Anti sizing is easy. It just can be removed by hot washing.
As the enzyme is not used in the desizing process, it reduces environmental pollution.
